Three arrested following attack with machetes, baseball bats and knives in Wolverton
Police have arrested three men in connection with a grievous bodily harm incident involving knives, machetes and baseball bats in Wolverton.
The arrests relate to an attack where a 16-year-old boy and two men aged 21 and 42, were attacked by a group of men armed with the assorted weaponry in the Franklin Court area around 7.45pm on Saturday (24/9).
One victim sustained a large laceration to their arm which required surgery. The second victim sustained a broken arm also requiring surgery, and the third victim needed stitches to his head. All three received treatment at Milton Keynes General Hospital.
Three 19-year-old men from Milton Keynes have been arrested on suspicion of GBH. They have been released on police bail until November 20th.
Investigating officer DC Serena Bellis said, “This was an extremely violent attack on a boy and two men in the early evening on Saturday.
“I would like to reassure the local community that we are conducting a thorough investigation and have already made three arrests, however we still need help from the public.
