MK Dons midfielder Darren Potter will complete a free transfer to Rotherham United when his contract expires at the end of the month.

The 32-year-old confirmed his departure from the Milton Keynes side back in April and has now formalised a move to The Millers.

Potter spent six seasons at the Dons and made over 200 appearances, as well as helping them to promotion to the Championship in 2015.

Now, subject to EFL and FA ratification, he will officially become a Rotherham player on July 1st after signing a two year contract.

Paul Warne’s side were relegated from the second tier in the 2016/17 campaign meaning Potter will face his former side in the upcoming season.
