QPR keeper Matt Ingram joins Northampton Town on loan
QPR goalkeeper Matt Ingram has completed a deadline day loan switch to League One side Northampton Town.
The Cobblers, who sacked manager Justin Edinburgh earlier today, have secured Ingram’s signature on a temporary basis until the end of the season.
Ingram, 23, has made 10 appearances for the Rs, with two of those coming in this campaign’s EFL Cup, including a clean sheet against Northampton.
He becomes the Cobblers third shot stopper with David Cornell and Huddersfield Town loanee Luke Coddington currently battling for a place between the sticks.
