MK Dons’ meeting with AFC Wimbledon on September 7th has been selected for live TV broadcast.

The meeting at stadium mk between the two sides will now take place as a 12pm kick off instead of the previously scheduled 3pm, and will be shown live on Sky Sports for viewers in the UK.

News that the fixture would be moved for television broadcast was announced by Sky on Monday (08/07), with the broadcaster announcing its September broadcast selections.

The game is scheduled to take place during the September international break. It is one of 2 League One games moved to TV for that weekend, with the Lancashire Derby between Bolton Wanderers and Bury also moved for TV coverage.

It will be the second meeting of the season between the two rivals, after they were previously drawn to face one another in the First Round of the Carabao Cup.

AFC Wimbledon are to be the home team for that clash in mid-August, although the game was not chosen for broadcast in the UK by tournament broadcasters Sky.
