Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery in a shop in the Neath Hill area of Milton Keynes last Thursday (15/8).

At around 7.20pm on the evening in question, two men entered the Euro Off-Licence shop, while one other man remained outside on his bicycle in order to prevent other people from going in to the store.

The victim, who was a man in his fifties, was pushed outside the store and threatened before various items were taken.

The items stolen include whisky, tobacco, cash and scratch cards.

The victim was not injured.

Police have also confirmed a man aged 30 of no fixed abode was arrested on suspicion of robbery and has since been released under investigation.

Investigating officer Detective Constable John Swallow said, “We believe a number of people were prevented from entering the shop when this incident was ongoing.
