A man from the Bletchley area of Milton Keynes has been sentenced for burglary and fraud offences.
Kevin Emery, 38, of Granby Court, pleaded guilty to one count of burglary and two counts of fraud at Aylesbury Crown Court on Thursday September 12th.
Emery was sentenced the following day to a sentence of three years and 20 days’ imprisonment.
The charges are in relation to an incident that happened on June 30th of this year, and came following a consequent police investigation.
During the incident, Emery took bank cards and a television from a property in Bridgeford Court. He then subsequently used the cards to purchase various goods the next day.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Matt Acland said, “I am pleased that Emery has been brought to justice.
“Thames Valley Police do not tolerate this behaviour and will robustly investigate the reports that we receive in order to bring offenders before the courts.”
