Police are releasing an e-fit image following a burglary in the Bradwell Common area of Milton Keynes.

The image release and associated police appeal relates to an incident that happened between 6.50pm and 7.10pm on Tuesday 11 February.

During the incident, the window at the side of a house in Streatham Place was smashed.

An offender managed to gain entry to the property and stole a watch and silver engagement ring.

The residents returned home at around 7.10pm and saw a man run out of their patio doors and over a fence in the garden.

The offender is described as a very slim white man, aged around 35-50 years old and approximately 5ft 8ins-6ft tall. He was wearing a khaki coloured jacket with the hood up.

Designated Investigator David Graham, based at Milton Keynes police station, said, “I am releasing this e-fit image in the hope that someone recognises this man and comes forward.

“The victims have understandably been left very shaken by this offence and I am keen to hear from anyone who has any information that can help with this investigation.
