Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager had his jaw broken during an attempted robbery Milton Keynes.

It happened at around 6.30pm on Wednesday (28/10), when the victim, who was a teenage boy, was walking along an alleyway in Leven Close.

The victim was approached from behind by several people who pushed him to the ground and attempted to take his sports bag, and when the victim refused to give them his bag, he was subsequently assaulted.

He sustained injuries to his face, including a broken jaw, and required medical treatment at the Milton Keynes University Hospital.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Susan Russell, based at Milton Keynes police station, said, “The description of the offenders is unknown at this time, but I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has any information to please get in touch.
