Brackley Town will face League 2 side Tranmere Rovers in the second round of the FA Cup.
The Saints’ reward for their penalty shoot-out victory over Bishop’s Stortford at St James’ Park on Saturday (07/11) will see the Northamptonshire-based National League North side make the trip to Merseyside.
The tie will take place at Tranmere’s Prenton Park stadium between November 27-30.
Tranmere were relegated to League 2 last season using the controversial points-per-game algorithm used to bring Leagues 1 and 2 to an early finish.
Rovers are currently 17th in the table, but booked their place in the second round with a 2-1 home win over League 1 side Accrington Stanley.
This is the first time that Brackley have faced an EFL side since their run to the tournament’s second round in 2016-17, which was also the last time Brackley made it through the FA Cup’s qualifying rounds.
On that occasion, the team beat Gillingham in a first round replay at home after an initial tie in Kent before the team were beaten by Blackpool in the following round.
