Luton Town have confirmed their pre-season friendly, including a home contest against Premier League side West Ham United.
The Hatters will also face games against Hitchin Town, Northampton Town and Peterborough United, while they will also enjoy a one week training camp in Slovenia.
The games will come ahead of the Championship kick-off, which is around the weekend of Saturday July 30th.
Luton will start their schedule on July 1st, with a 7:45pm kick-off against Southern League Premier Division Central side Hitchin Town at Top Mill Field.
After that, Luton will have their week-long training camp in Slovenia, including one friendly match against a yet-to-be-disclosed opponent.
The Hatters will then continue their pre-season preparations with 3 games in England, starting with an away match against Northampton Town at Sixfields. That game will take place on July 16th as a 1pm kick-off.
Luton will then play Peterborough, in a 7:45pm kick-off on July 19th. The match will see a match against an opponent Luton played last season, with Luton taking 4 points off Peterborough in 2 Championship games, including a 1-1 draw at Peterborough.
The final game of Luton’s pre-season is against West Ham United on July 23rd at 3pm, in what is also scheduled to be the Hatters’ only pre-season game at Kenilworth Road.
West Ham finished 7th in last season’s Premier League, qualifying for the Europa Conference League, while they also reached the Europa League semi-finals, beating Sevilla and Lyon before being beaten by eventual tournament winners Eintracht Frankfurt.
Luton Town have confirmed that ticket details for their games against Northampton, Peterborough and West Ham will be released in due course. The Hitchin game, by contrast, will see tickets made available as an online only from Friday 17th June via the official Hitchin Town website.
