Luton Town full-back Peter Kioso has left the club to sign for Championship new-boys Rotherham United.

Kioso joins The Millers for an undisclosed fee, and has signed a 3 year contract at the New York Stadium.

The 22-year-old leaves Kenilworth Road after two and a half years with the Hatters, having joined from Hartlepool in January 2020.

Last season, Kioso made 19 appearances in all competition. The wing-back made 19 appearances during a loan spell with Milton Keynes Dons in the first part of the season, scoring four goals along the way, with Kioso playing his part in two teams’ campaigns that ended up in the play-offs.

Kioso also spent time out on loan with Bolton Wanderers and Northampton Town, both of which came in the 2020/21 season.

The move sees Kioso join a Rotherham United who will be back in the Championship for next season, after finishing second in the third tier of English football and bouncing straight back.
