Luton manager Rob Edwards and goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski have been nominated for monthly awards for their Premier League performances.

Edwards has been nominated for the division’s Manager of the Month award, while Kaminski received nominations for the Player of the Month and Save of the Month awards.

The three awards include Luton’s first nominations in the Manager and Player award categories this season.

All of the monthly awards are decided by fan vote and the three polls can be voted on via the Premier League website.

Edwards received his nomination after Luton picked up 4 points in November. The Hatters picked them up after a 1-1 draw with Liverpool, where the Hatters were seconds away from recording a famous win over the 6-times European champions, and in a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace, with a late goal seeing the Hatters win at Kenilworth Road for the first time in the Premier League since promotion.

Edwards will up against Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola, Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag, and Newcastle manager Eddie Howe.

Luton’s Belgian keeper Kaminski is nominated for the Player of the Month prize, where he is the only goalkeeper nominated for the November edition of the award.

Kaminski earned praise for his performances in November, where he made 15 saves in Luton’s three games, which were the most of any goalkeeper in the month.

The other five nominees for player of the month are Manchester City winger Jeremy Doku, Newcastle attacker Anthony Gordon, Manchester United centre-back Harry Maguire, Chelsea star Raheem Sterling and Bournemouth’s Marcus Tavernier.

One of Kaminski’s stops made earned him a nomination for the Save of the Month award, with the goalkeeper earning recognition from a double save to thwart first Eberechi Eze and then Jeffrey Schlupp during Luton’s 2-1 win over Crystal Palace in their final game of November.

This is the second time this campaign where Kaminski’s work has earned him a Save of the Month nomination, having earned one for a save made during the Hatters’ game at Aston Villa in late October.

One moment against Luton has also earned recognition, with the goal scored by Palace’s Michael Olise at Kenilworth Road earning a nomination for the Goal of the Month for November.

All of the awards are open for voting, and will remain open until 12pm on 4th December 2023.
